We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. This position is open for both new graduates from dental school and experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our patients while ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules, confirm appointments, and handle rescheduling requests.
Insurance Verification: Verify insurance information and explain coverage and payment options to patients.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and manage confidential information according to privacy regulations.
Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about dental services.
