The Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an friendly, motivated Part time Receptionist for our lovely facility!

The Receptionist assists all guests by providing a variety of services to them. They must consistently provide high-quality customer service in all their interactions with guests and families and act as a point of reference for said people. Receptionists also work with patients and their families to address any concerns or special needs that may arise during their stay or course of treatment. The position requires you to work directly with various members of the nursing department and administration to solve problems that patients and families may have with the goal of facilitating positive patient experience and care during their time.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

· Greets patients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location

· Answers, screens, and directs phone calls; takes messages and schedules appointments if needed

· Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

Receptionist Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED required

· Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bi-lingual is a plus

· One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
