This individual plays a vital role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced family law firm.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
โ€ข Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
โ€ข Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars.
โ€ข Check in clients and notify attorneys and staff of arrivals.
โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
โ€ข Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
โ€ข Assist with client intake forms and document collection.
โ€ข Scan, file, copy, and organize documents as needed.
โ€ข Order and maintain office supplies.
โ€ข Coordinate conference room scheduling.
โ€ข Provide administrative support to attorneys and office staff.
โ€ข Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information.
โ€ข Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
โ€ข Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience.
โ€ข Prior law firm or professional office experience preferred.
โ€ข Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
โ€ข Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
