The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing inquiries, directing calls, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests while also providing administrative support to various departments.

Essential Duties:

Responsible for providing an outstanding customer service experience.
Greets customers, answers, screens and directs phone calls.
Assists with general administrative and clerical tasks such as preparing documents, receiving and sorting mail and filing.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Maintains and orders office supplies, as well coordinates the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Other duties may be assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma and/or GED required.
Associates Degree preferred
Has 3 years of receptionist experience, preferably in a truck dealership environment
Verbal and written communication skills necessary for communicating with customers, management, employees and vendors
Basic computer skills
