Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Office Services / Receptionist on behalf of a well-established Fort Lauderdale law firm. This position is ideal for a polished, customer-focused professional who enjoys being the first point of contact while supporting the daily operations of a busy legal office.

Responsibilities
  • Professionally greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Manage conference room scheduling and prepare meeting spaces.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and overnight shipments.
  • Handle scanning, copying, printing, filing, and document distribution.
  • Maintain office supplies, kitchen areas, and common spaces.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical projects for attorneys and staff.
  • Coordinate office service requests and vendor communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient daily office operations.
