Job description

MYDoc Women's Health Specialist is seeking a Front Office Receptionist for immediate start in our thriving medical practice in Boca Raton. We are offering full-time and part-time positions. We offer great flexibility in scheduling. Candidates must be friendly, courteous, caring, and reliable. You should have great customer service skills, have the ability to multitask and problem solve, and be proficient in using a computer. Training will be provided.

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Checking patients in and out for their appointments
  • Collecting copays and other monies due at the time of the visit
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phones

College grads are welcome to apply!
