Full-Time Receptionist

With over 40 years of legal experiences in Real Estate Law, McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist in our West Palm Beach office supporting calls for all of our offices firm wide. MWC is a high volume, fast-paced, multi-office law firm representing mortgage lenders, banks and financial institutions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia and Florida through the foreclosure and bankruptcy legal process.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer multi-line teams phone system and transfer calls to various firm office to specific legal assistants and attorneys
  • Collect, track, and document all incoming and outgoing legal packages based on firm's guidelines
  • Assist with mailing for office departments and daily mail pickups
  • Manage office supply inventory and ordering supplies
  • General administrative and clerical support assigned by team leads or attorneys

We are looking for a team member who possesses a strong professional demeanor with specialization in organizational and documentation. The willingness to work meticulously to ensure the quality of work and a self-starter is a must. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of high-level administrative experience working within an office environment. Successful candidates must be comfortable using Microsoft office and be extremely organized.

This is a full-time position, with immediately availability. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast paced law firm. The firm offers medical, vision, dental, short term and long term disability as well as life insurances.
