Job description

Available Part time position for receptionist front desk for dental office 3 days per week from 8:30am- 5:30pm . Candidate must be bilingual for this position, English & Spanish preferred. No experience necessary although prior front desk experience a plus.


Ideal candidate must be reliable, basic computer literacy, high level of costumer service, organized, answers the phones, arranges the schedule for the office in collaboration with the team, collects co-payments as needed and able to multi-task front desk duties.


Hours of office operation are 8:30AM-5:30 PM Monday-Thursday. Position is part-time.

  • Leadership skills: This involves coordinating daily procedures and handling any staff or patient issues that may arise. They may need conflict management, communication and motivation skills to ensure that an office runs smoothly
