Position Summary
The Overnight Front Desk Concierge represents Radkin Concierge
and serves as the main point of contact for residents, quests, and
authorized vendors during overnight hours. This role ensures
building security protocols are upheld, provides excellent
hospitality service, maintains accurate logs, and manages access
control procedures.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitor lobby presence, cameras, doors, and access points to
ensure safety overnight
• Answer calls, emails, and assist residents & guests
professionally and promptly
• Manage guest/vendor check-ins and verify ID when applicable
• Document all overnight activity in shift logs accurately prior to
end of shift
• Ensure packages or deliveries are properly logged and secured
if applicable
• Maintain clean, organized, quiet, and professional lobby
environment
• Escalate emergencies, property issues, and suspicious activity
per SOP protocols
• Complete assigned overnight tasks from operations checklist
(daily/weekly)
• Provide customer service aligned with Radkin Luxury
Hospitality Standards
• Maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy at all
times



Requirements:

• Prior concierge, hotel front desk, security, or building
operations experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and professional demeanor
• Able to stay alert and focused during overnight shift hours
• Comfortable with technology (tablets, apps, forms, logs,
access control systems
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
