Daytime Front Desk Clerk (AM): Rooftop Resort is hiring a Daytime Front Desk Clerk to manage hotel arrivals, departures, reservations, guest questions, payments, room assignments, Day Pass guests, and daily coordination with Housekeeping and Operations. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, computer comfortable, detail-oriented, and able to ensure every room is properly confirmed ready before releasing a key while providing excellent guest service and helping convert inquiries and walk-ins into reservations.


Event & Night Front Desk Clerk (PM): Rooftop Resort is hiring an Event & Night Front Desk Clerk for evening and late-night shifts during our parties and special events. This role controls guest entry, verifies IDs, reservations, wristbands, guest lists and admission categories, processes payments, communicates continuously with Security through our walkie-talkie system, protects guest privacy, assists hotel guests, and helps ensure event rules are applied calmly and consistently.
