Looking for a Reception / Front Desk volunteer for Friday mornings, 830-12. Duties include:

Answer telephone

  • take message, or
  • transfer to a Case Manager

Greet walk-in clients

  • fill out the Sign-In sheet
  • find out what services they are seeking
  • hand off to Case Manager

As time permits, keep the waiting area neat and assist with incoming donations. Multi-Lingual a Plus.
