Job Title: Hotel Reception Desk Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our dedicated hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a keen attention to detail. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently handling day-to-day front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks seamlessly, including billing and payment processes.- Manage online and phone reservations and provide information about room rates and available amenities.- Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues.- Maintain an organized and timely record of guest accounts and bookings.- Handle basic clerical tasks such as answering phones and managing emails.- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.- Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role is preferred.- Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer skills.- Strong communication and organizational abilities.- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
