What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk policies in a healthcare location.
  • Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials as required, issue visitor passes, and direct individuals to appropriate departments or waiting areas.
  • Respond to security-related incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
  • Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident documentation while handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with emergency response activities, communications, and coordination with healthcare staff and first responders as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
  • Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
  • Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
