Executive Administrative Assistant

Labcorp is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our SVP of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the SVP Marketing, managing complex calendar scheduling, prioritization of meetings, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders

  • Master complex calendar orchestrationacross multiple time zones, competing priorities, and diverse stakeholder groups, applying strategic judgment to optimize the SVP's time and impact

  • Act as a gatekeeper for the SVP, exercising discretion and judgment in managing requests, communications, and deadlines

  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes for executive meetings, board interactions, and key marketing forums

  • Draft and edit correspondence, announcements, and internal communications on behalf of the SVP

Business & Operational Coordination

  • Drive operational cadence for the Marketing leadership team, including weekly rhythms, quarterly planning sessions, team offsites, and annual strategic reviews

  • Implement and maintain systemsthat bring rigor to marketing operations-tracking initiatives, managing deliverables, monitoring dependencies, and ensuring accountability across the team

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, and administrative partners across the organization to ensure seamless coordination

  • Act as liaison between Marketing leadership and other functions, facilitating communication and alignment on shared priorities

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including agencies, partners, analysts, and press/media as needed

  • Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers, ensuring quality delivery and contract compliance

  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and other operational tasks as needed

Travel & Logistics

  • Orchestrate complex domestic and international travel, optimizing for time efficiency, cost effectiveness, and executive productivity

  • Manage end-to-end logistics including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, visas, security protocols, and detailed itineraries

  • Handle expense reporting and reconciliation with meticulous attention to detail and policy compliance

  • Ensure flawless execution of in-person meetings, virtual events, conferences, and executive offsites

  • Travel occasionally to provide on-site support for critical meetings and marketing events

Discretion & Executive Presence

  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute integrity and sound judgment

  • Represent the SVP and Marketing organization with polish, professionalism, and a service-excellence mindset

  • Exercise authority and influence appropriately on behalf of the SVP while building trust and credibility across the organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school degree.

  • 7 or more years of experienceas an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or Chief of Staff supporting VP-level or C-suite executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Current or former Labcorp experience.
