MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Laboratory Manager to join our team working in Crane, IN. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform program management and/or technical business case analyses.

  • Participate as a member of and/or support the assessment team during test events.

  • Track program/project status and schedules, related to test events.

  • Development of project level laboratory processes, standards, and procedures.

  • Perform upkeep and maintenance of RF laboratory equipment to support scheduled/unscheduled system test requirements and verification/validation 

  • Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project level laboratory technical requirements and performance.

  • Travel up to 25% for testing events

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or a High School Diploma and 6+ additional years of work experience, or an Associate's degree (with the same or similar curriculum focus) and 4+ additional years of work experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelors degree.

  • 3+ years of experience related to Laboratory Technical Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM)

  • Navy - Cryptologic Technician (CT), Army - 35P, Air Force - 1N2X1 , Marine Corps SOCS-F.

  • Experience supporting Department of War programs or related organizations

Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required and an active or current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
