Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows
    • Registrations
    • Travel Accommodations
    • Booth materials
    • Vendor coordination
    • Freight/shipping of materials
    • Tracking and meeting planning deadlines
  • Organize and deliver details to onsite staff
  • Transfer event leads to CRM in accordance with standard practice
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure events match corporate guidelines
  • Maintain event inventory and checklists
  • Support as needed for non-exhibition events

Qualifications & Experience

  • Required: Bachelor of Science in Events or related field
  • Entry Level, no experience required

Skills and Competencies

  • Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, organizational skills, ability to collaborate, and ability to understand branding guidelines and apply them accordingly
