Role Overview:
Events are a key driver of pipeline growth and customer engagement across the Americas, and this role contributes directly to how organizations experience the Genesys brand at scale. As an Event Marketing Manager, you will manage the strategy and execution of high-impact events that support demand generation, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate across field marketing, campaigns, sales, and global teams to bring well-orchestrated event programs to life. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing events that support pipeline generation and engagement goals
  • Execute event strategies aligned to go-to-market priorities and regional marketing plans
  • Coordinate with sales, field marketing, and campaign teams to ensure aligned messaging and seamless event delivery
  • Support conference and trade show programs from planning through post-event analysis, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomes
  • Manage vendor relationships and logistics to deliver high-quality event experiences within budget

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing or event management within a B2B environment

  • Experience supporting event performance tracking, including engagement metrics and ROI analysis

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
