Responsibilities
We are looking for an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Representative to join our team! In this role, you will lead facility cultural transformation in partnership with the Plant Manager and other site leaders. If you are passionate about safety and health within supply chain logistics, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and deliver safety training and materials.
  • Monitor safety-related computer-based training.
  • Assemble and distribute safety metrics/reports.
  • Conduct safety audits and behavioral assessments.
  • Track and manage corrective actions from safety audits.
  • Ensure all safety and environmental compliance issues are current.
  • Serve as the primary contact for EHS compliance issues.
  • Assist in incident investigation and follow-up.
  • Mentor plant safety committees and chairperson.
  • Promote ADS safety culture with plant leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible safety and health experience.
  • Experience in designing, managing, and administering safety and health programs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal and State safety regulations.
  • Related licenses, certifications, and professional memberships preferred.
  • Experience with trend analysis, risk reduction, continuous improvement and/or LEAN principles.
  • Expertise promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Experience conducting site facility inspections.
  • Proficiency with lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
