  • Balance innovation (including AI-enabled media) with scalability, defensibility, operational discipline, and cost efficiency
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform portfolio evolution and positioning, partnering with Product Management to align content offerings with product strategy and market needs
  • Lead, develop, and mentor instructional design and media production teams, fostering a culture of creative excellence and accountability
  • Oversee development of accurate, inclusive, and engaging scripts, scenarios, assessments, and media assets aligned to defined learning objectives
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between instructional design, media, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the content lifecycle
  • Select, manage, and evaluate external vendors and AI-enabled partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to instructional architecture, timelines, and budgets
  • Drive disciplined program and project execution across scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Identify risks proactively and continuously improve workflows, operating models, and production processes
  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs to ensure content quality, delivery performance, and business impact
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership to support change management, portfolio evolution, and business transformation initiatives

What you'll bring:
  • 7+ years of experience of experience in eLearning content development, instructional design or visual design preferably in corporate context; experience with ethics & compliance content a plus
