KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Content Creation: Design, develop, and publish engaging e-learning modules, courses, and multimedia content like videos, simulations, and interactive exercises.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and refine content, and with instructional designers to align with learning objectives.
  • Instructional Design:Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE and SAM) and theories to create effective learning experiences
  • Multimedia Development:Create graphics, audio, video, and other interactive elements to enhance the learning experience.
  • Quality Assurance:Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules for functionality, user experience, and compatibility with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Content Maintenance:Update and revise existing content based on feedback, assessment results, and evolving educational standards.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize various e-learning authoring tools and platforms to build and implement content including authoring tool within Docebo, Articulate 360, Captivate, and Kahoot!.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency with essential computer applications and maintain a high level of knowledge and competence with related compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by assuring regulatory compliance as well as compliance to all company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must have acquired, as a minimum, the following formal education:

  • Bachelors' or Associates degree. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Kahoot!).
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning theories (Addie, SAM).
  • Strong understanding of multimedia development and graphic design.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including SMEs, designers, and developers.
  • Strong communication skills for gathering requirements and providing feedback.
  • Technical skills for troubleshooting and ensuring platform compatibility.
  • Experience in Federal Regulatory preferred, not required.
