Job description

Baird Holm LLP is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of experience to join and support the firm's commercial lending practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions alongside a collaborative, nationally recognized team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as lead counsel on commercial loan transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating loan documents
  • Managing and mentoring junior attorneys
  • Conducting and overseeing due diligence
  • Coordinating and closing complex transactions

Experience with commercial and industrial lending is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial lending experience
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and comfort working directly with clients

The successful candidate will be team-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to help grow the firm's commercial lending practice through relationship building and business development.
