The role drives the full lifecycle of acquisitions including deal sourcing, market evaluation, financial underwriting, due diligence, capital structuring, and execution.Key responsibilities include leading sourcing and execution of multifamily acquisition opportunities with direct relationships with brokers, owners, and operating partners; directly underwriting complex financial models, sensitivity analyses, and return projections across various capital structures; structuring transactions including joint ventures, preferred equity, and debt financing; and presenting investment memoranda and recommendations to the Investment Committee. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of relevant experience in multifamily acquisitions with deep expertise and strong relationships within the brokerage community.
