Prepare development packages and reference charts under the guidance of the Sourcing Manager/Assistant

Support consolidation of feedback and approvals by capturing notes and distributing recaps to cross-functional partners

Assist in maintaining the raw material library (labeling, filing, inventory counts, and storage organization)

Coordinate shipment intake/outbound sample packages (receive, sort, and route to the correct owners)

Provide general administrative support to the Sourcing team as needed

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (or recent graduate) in Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business, Textile Science, or a related field

Strong attention to detail with comfort working in spreadsheets and tracking logs

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; willingness to learn PLM systems

Clear written and verbal communication skills; professional follow-up with internal partners and vendors
