Job description

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Demand Planning Intern to support our dynamic supply chain team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our demand forecasting processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support demand planning activities by helping collect, organize, and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer forecasts.
  • Assist in building forecasting models using traditional Statistics, Machine learning and AI techniques
  • Develop KPIs and analytical tools to identify demand patterns, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Learn and apply NXP's demand planning systems and software, with training and support from the team.

Job Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's or PHD degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
  • Experience with data science programming languages (Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
