Responsibilities

  • Lead near‑term demand aggregation, prioritization and change control across Sales Operations, Product Groups, and Global Operations
  • Partner with global production planning to translate demand into capacity plans and competitive customer delivery commitments
  • Drive on‑time delivery performance and a differentiated order fulfillment experience, including management of constraints, gaps and recovery plans
  • Lead the quarterly shipment/revenue execution cadence by aligning Regional Sales Operations and Manufacturing on shipment plans, risks and mitigation actions
  • Enable fast, accurate responses on system configurations, non‑standard requests, specifications and business terms through clear processes and decision rights
  • Build and communicate a comprehensive demand outlook using market indicators, customer signals and scenario analyses to support executive decisions
  • Establish operating rhythms to review demand changes, constraints, and unattended risks; escalated and drive closure through root‑cause and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with production planning, supply chain, and logistics to optimize inventory positioning and factory utilization against the plan of record
  • Define and govern demand overrides and exception handling to ensure a rationalized, auditable demand signal
  • Partner with Sales Ops and Product Groups to incorporate customer priorities, strategic delivery needs, and New Product Introductions into the demand plan
  • Communicate production availability, constraints, and trade‑offs to Sales to enable effective prioritization and improved customer commit performance
  • Lead, develop, and scale the Demand Management team; set goals, coach performance, and drive standardization and repeatability worldwide
  • Drive continuous improvement of demand management processes, reporting, and planning systems to improve speed, quality, and decision‑making
