Job description

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Demand Planning Manager sets the strategy, forecasts demand, and manages the sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes across the company while leading a team of Demand Planners to meet critical deliverables

  • This role will verify, and lead enhancements of department forecast model effectiveness and methodologies at multiple levels of aggregation. i.e., products, locations, customers, channels, etc. and lead the maintenance of bottoms up company forecasting within various software solutions

  • You will guide cross-functional S&OP collaboration to arrive at a consensus demand plan

  • This position will also leadcontinuous improvement of department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) e.g., MAPE, WAPE, BIAS, etc. and develop, enhance and lead detailed demand analytics and reporting

  • As the Demand Planning Manager, you may be required to  travel up to 20%of the time

  • Other projects or duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
