What will be your responsibilities?

  • Research and identify TikTok creators who would be a good fit for our brand’s TikTok Shop campaigns.
  • Assist with outreach and relationship-building with influencers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Support the TikTok Shop team in managing creator relationships, tracking outreach, and coordinating collaboration details.
  • Help track performance metrics and insights related to creator partnerships, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist with content creation or brainstorming for influencer campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with TikTok trends, popular creators, and the latest social media marketing strategies.
  • Support the TikTok Sorority outreach project by:
    • Identifying sorority members and campus creators active on TikTok
    • Assisting with campus ambassador-style recruitment efforts
    • Helping build relationships within collegiate communities

  • Tracking engagement and performance of campus-based campaigns

What are we looking for in you?

  • Currently enrolled in a college/university program, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for TikTok, influencers, and e-commerce trends.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience with TikTok or influencer marketing is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be available to work 10-15 hours per week (flexible hours).
Perks
  • Gain hands-on experience working with influencers and creators on a popular platform.
  • Flexible work hours that fit with your class schedule.
  • Opportunity to be a part of a creative, fast-paced, and fun team.
  • Potential for growth within the company after the internship.

About the Offer

  • Type of Contract: Internship 10 - 15 hours per week
  • Modality: Remote
  • A dynamic team
  • An open mind for new ideas
  • Growth… growth and some more growth!

Do you want to be part of our team? We look forward to your application!
