Success in this role requires a blend of digital banking expertise, delivery leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple functions.**Required Experience:*** 8+ years of experience in digital banking, digital delivery, digital product management, technology delivery, or a related field.* 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and/or senior leaders with accountability for multi-team delivery and business outcomes.* 3+ years of experience owning end-to-end digital delivery across platforms, applications, and customer or member journeys.
