Glossier's site and app were once the entire business; today they anchor an omnichannel operation where digital still drives discovery, replenishment, and the data advantage, the online fragrance commerce dynamics our online-selling coverage maps at ground level.

About the Role

The VP owns the digital P&L: ecommerce experience and conversion, acquisition and retention strategy, CRM and lifecycle programs, site merchandising, and the analytics function that tells the company what customers actually do. The role sets roadmap with product and engineering and sits on the commercial leadership team.
