Job description

Join the Cristal Clear Cleaning team as a Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician! We are a growing cleaning and property services company serving vacation rental properties across South Florida, and we're looking for a reliable, skilled technician to help keep our properties in top condition.
About the Role:
As a Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks at vacation rental properties in the Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami areas. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure properties are guest-ready and well-maintained between stays.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and general repairs at vacation rental properties
  • Replace light bulbs, batteries, and other small items as needed
  • Assemble or repair furniture, fixtures, and appliances
  • Identify and report larger maintenance issues to the property manager
  • Perform touch-up painting and minor cosmetic repairs
  • Ensure all properties meet safety and quality standards before guest arrivals
  • Coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure seamless property turnovers
  • Document completed work and report any property damages
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related trade
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Must be dependable and available on short notice for urgent repairs
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks
