WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Rental Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of all department processes, financials, team development, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this member will manage expenses/costs associated with rental sales, staff, and repair costs, and be required to organize, prioritize, and schedule the rental team and monitor their performance. Most importantly, you will ensure that our customers have an excellent experience!

To thrive in this role, you must be a great leader and have the ability to foster good relationships with both customers and other team members.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Must be organized and able to multitask
  • Prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Leadership skills and mindset.
  • A strong mechanical background
  • Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations.
  • Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience
Compensation: $75,000-$104,000/yr (Depending on Experience)Why work for Pape’:
