Tropical Escapes Realty Inc is fast growing Real Estate and full service Property Management company specializing in vacation rental management in the Waikiki Area. We take pride in offering clean, comfortable, and well-stocked condos for our guests. Weโ€™re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality.

As a Vacation Rental Operation Assistant, your main responsibility will be performing a final check to ensure properties are guest ready prior to check in, and in some instances, assisting our cleaning crew in preparing for guest arrival

Primary Job Responsibilities:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Inspect properties to ensure cleanliness meets company standards

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Identify and complete any overlooked cleaning or setup tasks prior to guest arrival.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform final touches like restocking supplies, adjusting lighting, and staging amenities.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Communicate with cleaning crews, maintenance staff, and management to ensure smooth turnovers.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Prioritize minor repairs or deep cleaning tasks (e.g., light bulbs, batteries, filters, polish furniture/fixtures) and report larger issues to team members

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Coordinate and meet vendors to resolve maintenance issues.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Document wear and tear, damages, or safety concerns and work with team to resolve.

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assign, verify and document completion of routine maintenance

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Occasionally assists in house guests by in person troubleshooting or delivering requested items.

Qualifications:

Must be able to load/unload up to 25 lbs

Must have valid drivers license and personal vehicle to transport supplies and use to drive between properties and our main office.
