Job description

We are a vacation rental group with a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties in Fredericksburg, Texas. We are seeking a hands-on Hospitality Operations Manager to help lead property maintenance, facilities, and day-to-day operations across our portfolio. This position is primarily focused on maintenance and property operations, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor management, property inspections, and ensuring our short-term rentals are consistently maintained and guest-ready. The role will also support team leadership, guest communication, and overall vacation rental operations.
