If you're ready to join a mission-driven company where every teammate has the opportunity to thrive, Evolve might just be the place for you.

Why this role

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of high achievement in a quota-driven, consultative sales environment. As a Vacation Rental Advisor (Inside Sales Rep), you play a key role in accelerating our rapidly growing business by helping homeowners evaluate our services and commit to a fruitful partnership, managing their properties.

Our Vacation Rental Advisors act like consultants, providing detailed insight into the market, the industry, and our services while paying close attention to the homeowner's needs. You're the right candidate if you're eager to jump into an energetic sales environment, want to learn all about the vacation rental business, and want to help build the most trusted hospitality brand in vacation rentals.

What you'll do

  • Qualify a pipeline of highly qualified marketing-generated leads
  • Provide a consultative, end-to-end selling experience for homeowners from warm, inbound inquiries
  • Hit or exceed daily/weekly/monthly productivity expectations (average of 30-50 contacts per day)
  • Guide homeowners towards choosing Evolve and manage an active sales pipeline
  • Handle objections and help homeowners have a clear understanding of our value, services, and policies
  • Manage sales activities within our CRM platform (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement Tool (Salesloft)
  • Participate in regular training and skill sessions
  • Collaborate closely with other peers to optimize sales strategies and elevate performance

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience required
  • Proven phone-based selling success is a plus
  • Able to effectively manage a sales pipeline and drive lead conversion
  • Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to effectively manage time and determine priorities
  • A goal-oriented, competitive mentality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday with flexibility to work Mountain Standard Time Zone

Compensation

For this role, compensation is based on a base pay plus commission model. Our base pay is $55,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week ($26.44/hr). This role is eligible to earn an uncapped monthly commission with total on-target earnings of $118,000 annually based on individual performance.

Location
