Salt & Shine Vacation Rentals is hiring seasonal Summer Team members to help create elevated guest experiences in beautiful vacation homes along the Maine Coast. This is a fast-paced, hands-on hospitality position ideal for recent grads, college students, tourism/hospitality majors, or anyone looking for a flexible and rewarding summer job.

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented, hospitality-driven individuals with weekend availability, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. The schedule includes Saturday turnovers, 1–2 flexible weekdays, and rotating Sundays.

Responsibilities include preparing vacation homes for arriving guests, assisting with property care and hospitality operations, and helping maintain the high standards Salt & Shine is known for. Competitive pay and hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry included.
