Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals is looking for a hands-on, reliable, and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to help maintain and service our portfolio of vacation rental homes in the Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas area. From troubleshooting HVAC units to patching drywall, your attention to detail and ability to work independently will help ensure our guests have a smooth, comfortable stay.

Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Travel between multiple vacation rental properties to complete repair and maintenance tasks
  • Address guest-reported issues quickly and professionally
  • Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance service, and basic carpentry
  • Assist with painting, drywall patching, and general upkeep
  • Maintain exterior areas including basic landscaping, trash removal, and light groundskeeping
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
  • Use internal work order systems to track assignments and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with coworkers and management to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, or property management
  • Working knowledge of home systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and rotate on-call shifts
