Position Summary We're looking for a Vacation Rental Assistant to join our team remotely and help deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Airbnb properties. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our guests, cleaning teams, and vendors, ensuring every reservation runs smoothly from booking to checkout. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment where your organizational skills and proactive approach will help us continuously improve our operations while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Responsibilities Guest Relations โ€“ Communicating with guests, cleaners, and vendors for our Airbnb properties Operations โ€“ Manage reservations, coordinate and communicate with cleaners/vendors and ensure a smooth booking experience; daily and weekly administrative tasks Optimization โ€“ Continuous improvement of systems and processes ("help us get better over time") OTA โ€“ review, update and monitor listings on various OTA sites to ensure they are up to date, accurate and optimized. Guest Experience โ€“ write reviews, submit review removals, log damages, submit damage claims PMS โ€“ Use Hostaway PMS (create messages, automations, expand knowledge base) Qualifications 1+ years previous experience with vacation rentals English language (read, write and speak) Previous experience using PMS system OTA channel experience Organized, selfโ€starter, responsible Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: $550 - $625 Bonus: Eligible for a monthly performance bonus of up to $100 based on guest satisfaction metrics.
