Job description

Les Stanford Chevrolet Cadillac Rental Car Department hiring for full time rental assistant position.ย  Must have clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test.ย  Also be able to work a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday (no weekends) and be able to interact with customers in a professional manner. Position requires minimal manual labor however must be able to clean/wash/gas/charge cars. Dealership experience a plus.ย 

The following tasks will be expected of the successful candidate:

  • Checking in cars that are returned from a customer out on loan. Inspect for damages
  • Be ableย to professionally explain the terms and conditions of the rental contract with customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all our guests
  • Be able to work independently and complete tasks that are assigned by management
  • Have a flexible schedule that includes working a 30ย hour work week between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday through Friday.
  • Be computer literate and be able to input customer information into a computer and generate rental contracts to be signed by customer
  • Positive, upbeat and customer friendly attitude a must.ย
