Job description

The Large Rental Companies - Operations Manager is a key role within the Fleet-Rental Organization. This role is the primary liaison between Fleet-Rental and the Brands. It requires a solid understanding of Rental customer unique needs and processes, and the ability to work directly with key internal stakeholders. The Rental Operations Manager will coordinate with the Brands, Remarketing, Finance and Revenue Management to ensure the Rental Organization increases profitability and value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build pricing & residual value models; maintain competitor price matrix.
  • Forecast demand/utilization, support production planning.
  • Create weekly Business Development + Director dashboards (pipeline, margin, price realization).
  • Own deal economics reviews (unit economics, lifetime value, payback, residual risk).
  • Standardize quoting packs and approval workflows (margin gates, non-standard terms).

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Sales Operations, Fleet and/or Brand experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, macro's, etc.)
  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong understanding of Priced Code Guides & Residual Values
  • Excels in building positive working relationships

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study
  • Experience within the automotive industry in an Operations role
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
