YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

  • You drive revenue growth by improving IRPD performance, optimizing fleet utilization, and managing non-revenue operations efficiently.
  • You lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching managers, addressing performance gaps, and building a strong leadership pipeline.
  • You deliver a premium customer experience by ensuring service excellence, handling escalations, and maintaining high standards across all locations.
  • You execute operational excellence by managing the Daily Game Plan, ensuring PCI compliance, and monitoring key regional KPIs.
  • You lead process improvements and support regional growth by identifying underperformance and implementing strategic solutions.
  • You oversee risk and security by enforcing fraud prevention, improving labor efficiency, and upholding operational standards

 YOUR SKILLS MATTER  

  • Experience and Education You hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years' work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental) of relevant experience.
  • Supervisory and Communication) You possess good supervisory skills, strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in other languages (as a plus), and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Organization and Customer Service You are highly organized and have excellent customer service skills.
  • Work Authorization You must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Age and License You are at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a clean record, and can work 40 + hours per week, including day/evening shifts.
