Key Responsibilities for Director of Operations:
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers to drive engagement, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Build and sustain a culture of trust, inclusion, and high performance that aligns with the company's core values.
  • Partner with People + Culture and Operations leadership to recruit, develop, and retain top talent at all levels of restaurant management.

Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, food quality, and guest experience.

Financial & Business Performance:

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to plan, forecast, and execute annual budgets.
