This is a unique opportunity to become the founding General Manager of a new business unit within one of the region's most respected equipment companies.

This position is far more than managing a single rental store. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in designing, launching, and growing Meade Tractor's rental business.

If you are an experienced rental industry professional who enjoys building teams, creating systems, and growing a business, we would like to hear from you.

About Meade Tractor

This individual will have significant influence over the direction of the division and will be expected to help create the blueprint for future rental locations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the startup and daily operations of the Wytheville Rental Center.

  • Develop pricing strategies and rental programs that maximize utilization and return on investment.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, municipalities, landscapers, and other commercial customers.
  • Drive business development and local marketing efforts to establish the rental business within the community.
  • Monitor financial performance, fleet utilization, maintenance costs, and key operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with Meade Tractor leadership as additional rental locations are planned and launched.
