Operations Manager – Residential HVAC

Location: Sonoma County, CA
Compensation: $130,000–$180,000 + Performance Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing residential HVAC company in Sonoma County is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its field operations and help drive the next phase of growth. This is not a maintenance role. We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people, implementing processes, driving accountability, and leading multiple departments toward shared goals.

Responsibilities

You will oversee the daily operations of:

  • Fleet Coordination
