POSITION SUMMARY:
SkyRun Keystone, a fast-growing vacation rental management company, is seeking a career-minded and motivated Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be a full-time Summit County resident with a desire to use their skills in property maintenance while also learning and growing in the hospitality industry.
This role is responsible for ensuring that our homes are well maintained, safe, and ready for guest and homeowner use.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enter new work orders into the system and update existing work orders.
  • Troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues related to appliances, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general property upkeep.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tasks.
  • Respond to after-hours maintenance issues in Keystone on a rotating schedule.
  • Support property inspections and help prepare homes for guest arrivals.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, homeowners, and team members.
  • Additional duties as needed to support our property management operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize work orders and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on quality and customer service.
  • Comfortable with basic technology and company software systems (training provided).
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Full-time Summit County residency required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • Hourly: $24.00 – $30.00 (depending on experience).
  • Paid-time-off.
