Check us out on ERC.US Your role: Program Manager What you'll do all day: The primary duties of this position include overseeing the various operational and strategic levels of a cross-functional team

These include managing the budget, schedule, scope, risk, communications, and personnel. The Program Manager will also act as the liaison between the company's various government clients and other external contractors. He or she will coordinate with the various team members and government officials.

Leads a group of employees in carrying out a government program, administering and carrying out program requirements and activities, and assures compliance program activities with laws and regulations. Ensures the effective management of the assigned program areas. You will love this job if you: Are a self-starter and require little oversight to complete given tasks Enjoy a fast-paced work environment Love working with diverse groups of individuals, including engineers and technicians Are good at communicating with people Have a positive attitude Enjoy multitasking Minimum requirements for this position: The PM shall have 5 years of experience leading/supervising 100+ individuals in an engineering or scientific field.
