Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale technology programs supporting enterprise application development, modernization, and operational initiatives in a tolling environment. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, managing cross-functional teams, overseeing application lifecycle activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Mechanicsville, VA, and is open to candidates within a 100-mile radius of Mechanicsville, VA. The client is only considering candidates who can work without requiring present or future employment sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technology programs throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
