U-Haul International is seeking a goal-oriented individual to join an enthusiastic, high-energy, problem-solving team in assisting our internal team members as they transition to retirement. Candidate should have a passion for educating a diverse team member population about their retirement tools and benefits.

Job responsibilities:

  • Effectively and accurately administer the retiree health reimbursement benefit and life policies.
  • Provide in-depth guidance on Medicare and Social Security benefits.
  • Work with SmartDollar team and assist team members on personal finance budget & retirement planning.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and e-mails.
  • Produce and present webinars, educational courses, video presentations and other benefit marketing materials.
  • Conduct in-person presentations and provide one-on-one, private personalized coaching to those planning retirement or struggling with debt.
  • Maintain knowledge of company benefits, including Medical, Financial Wellness, 401(k) and ESOP, and understand how these benefits coordinate with Medicare and Social Security.
  • Perform cross functional tasks in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other team members and departments.
  • Perform both complex and routine administrative work in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high accuracy on recordkeeping and organization.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Provide backup support to other Financial Wellness programs.
  • Other related tasks that may be assigned.

The expected salary range for this role will be $50,000-$54,000 annually.
