Responsibilities

Empower AI: As the Transition Program Resource Review Committee (PRRC) Manager, leads and manages the recruiting effort across Team Empower AI during Transition-In operations.  The PRRC Manager maximizes the global staffing reach of our large-business subcontractors and the specialized capabilities of our small-business subcontractors and manages immediate and long-term staffing needs.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with program manager and staff on staffing requirements and priorities
  • Facilitates workshare assignments for all Team Empower AI teammates
  • Tracks and reports candidate status
  • Conducts daily PRRC Phase-In meetings
  • Assists partners in candidate deconfliction process based on workshare, tasks assigned, incumbent status, and first contact.
  • Reviews staffing requirements and works with assigned recruiters to develop job requisitions
  • Reviews resumes, screens and routes resumes to appropriate manager
  • Assists managers in following appropriate interviewing and hiring procedures
  • Facilitates hiring of qualified candidates
  • Supports the onboarding of new hires
  • Maintains business relationships with program managers and teammate recruiters and managers
Qualifications

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7-12 years of management experience
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, Project, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or higher
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certified
  • DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) IT Project Manager qualified (DCWF 802)
  • GSEC or Security+ certified, or higher
  • Experience supporting Army Information Technology programs

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for long periods
  • Standing for long periods
  • Ambulate throughout an office
  • Ambulate between several buildings
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
  • Travel by land or air transportation 10% or less
