Description CenCore is seeking an experienced Director of Training and Compliance to lead training, compliance, and quality assurance programs across the organization. This high-impact leadership role supports a workforce of more than 1,000 employees across security programs by establishing consistent training standards, strengthening compliance practices, and developing scalable solutions that support operational excellence. The Director will manage a team of Training and Compliance Officers and serve as a key liaison between field program needs and corporate leadership. This role translates operational requirements into effective training products, quality assurance tools, and compliance processes that support CenCore's continued growth in the security industry. The ideal candidate is a proven security leader with strong program management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build, deliver, and evaluate training programs in a complex operational environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead CenCore's Training and Compliance division, including oversight of training standards, compliance practices, and quality assurance initiatives across assigned programs.
* Manage, mentor, and provide direction to Training and Compliance Officers, supporting team performance, accountability, and professional development.
* Conduct quality control and quality assurance audits across CenCore programs to evaluate compliance, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
* Design, develop, and maintain training programs, curricula, materials, and tools that support organizational growth and program-specific requirements.
* Deliver organized, structured training sessions for personnel at various levels, ensuring training content is clear, relevant, engaging, and effectively applied.
