Job description

Develops and delivers training materials, onboarding support, operational familiarization, release training, and knowledge transfer activities supporting BMx modernization, sustainment, transition, and operational support activities. This role supports training coordination for end users, FSAs, administrators, Help Desk personnel, and operational support staff.

The Training Lead/Knowledge Transfer Specialist works closely with Product Owners, Functional SMEs, Help Desk personnel, System Architects, and PMO leadership to develop user manuals, operational guidance, train-the-trainer materials, release training content, and operational workflow documentation aligned to BMx mission requirements. This role also supports transition-in/out activities, onboarding coordination, and operational continuity planning. Within BMx, this role is important because modernization activities frequently affect operational maintenance workflows, PMEL processes, and user-support procedures that require structured knowledge transfer and operational familiarization.
