  • Direct experience in a DOTD, TRADOC, or equivalent training development organization.
  • Deep understanding of Training Development Capability (TDC), Central Army Registry (CAR), Programs of Instruction (POIs), ELOs, TADSS employment, and training utilization methodology.
  • UH-60L/M background (aviator or maintainer).
  • Travel:  Approximately 25% (typically one to two trips per month), subject to government travel approval; Willingness to travel routinely to JBLE, VA (periodic TDY to JBLE, VA)

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one, as well as to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

  • BS degree with 10–12 years of experience; equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree.

Desired Skills:

  • Recently retired from DOTD, 1st Aviation Brigade, or AvCoE course management position; platform instructor experience in UH-60 courses preferred.
  • Familiarity with Training Development Capability (TDC), Central Army Registry (CAR), Army training systems of record, etc.
  • Experience briefing senior leaders and advocating training requirements at brigade or directorate level or higher.
  • Familiarity with training utilization reporting and visualization (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint).
