Job description

A. PURPOSE
Provide sanitation assistance when required in all offices, lunch rooms, rest rooms, test kitchen and outside front office including plant projects, preventive and predictive sanitation, to reduce downtime and assure plant cleaning efficiency.
B. DUTIES
Some of the duties of this position are those described below. This job description does not state or imply that the duties listed are the only duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by supervisor.
1. Following all the safety procedures such us lock out Tag out
2. Perform sanitation tasks in Test kitchen including all appliances.
3. Clean, wash and sanitize cooking utensils.
4. Perform preventive sanitation (All different kind of furniture, appliances and areas through all offices, lunch rooms, restrooms in plant)
5. Keep Carpet, windows, doors, walls on excellent cleaning conditions.
6. Effectively clean, wash, sanitize restrooms in plant offices.
7. Handling sanitation diluted chemicals and washing tools
8. Maintain corridors, cubicles, desks, counters, computers clean.
9. Satisfy office cleaning requisitions.
11. Keep offices equipment and areas in optimum conditions
12. Keep all areas safe Clean and neat
Specific Skills and Abilities Required
1. Cleaning, sweeping, mopping and Sanitation skills
2. Be able to work fast pace to clean using manual bottle sprayers,
3. General cleaning office equipment.
4. General office sanitation cleaning labor.
5. Work utilizing cleaning diluted chemicals solutions,
6. Be able to work under pressure
Other Skills and Abilities
1. Multitask
2. Be able to communicate with co-workers, supervisors and management in a professional way
3. Knowledge of measures (Oz. Lbs. Gals.). Is a plus.
4. Able to handle and work with cleaning and polishing products.
5. Able to fill out cleaning check lists. (Cleaning Reports).
C. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
1. Experience on Food Industry office Sanitation preferred, but not necessary
2. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not necessary
3. Writing basic skills.
