Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

CG Family Foods is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations across two facilities. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building efficient operations, developing strong teams, and creating processes that support long-term growth.

You'll play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, improving operational performance, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across our warehouse network.

What You'll Be Responsible ForLead Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations across two facilities, including receiving, storage, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, FIFO practices, lot control, and warehouse best practices.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environments.

  • Monitor productivity, labor utilization, service levels, and operational performance.

  • Ensure compliance with SQF, FSMA, OSHA, and company safety standards.

Build & Develop Your Team
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse employees and supervisors.

  • Set clear expectations while promoting accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching conversations, and employee development planning.

  • Foster a culture focused on teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency, productivity, and inventory accuracy.

  • Lead Lean initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, and root cause analysis.

  • Proactively identify operational risks and implement effective solutions before they impact the business.

  • Ensure operational projects, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives are completed successfully.

Partner Across the Organization
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain leadership.

  • Communicate warehouse performance, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.

  • Present recommendations that support business goals and drive operational success.

What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience.

  • 3+ years managing warehouse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.

  • Experience overseeing multiple warehouse locations is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Inventory control

    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

    • ERP systems

    • Cycle counting and audits

    • FIFO and lot control

    • Warehouse workflow optimization

  • Demonstrated success leading teams, improving operations, and delivering measurable results.

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

  • Food manufacturing, food distribution, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or another regulated industry is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds as needed.
