Food Manufacturing Manager

Direct Hire | Portland Metro Area

$65,000 Base + Quarterly Bonuses (Earn up to $77,000 annually)

Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and improving production?

We're hiring a Production Manager for a growing food manufacturing company. This is a leadership role where you'll spend your time on the production floor—not behind a desk.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily production operations
  • Coach and develop production employees
  • Schedule production to meet customer demand
  • Ensure GMP, SQF, and food safety compliance
  • Improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Work closely with Quality, Inventory, and Operations teams
  • Help build a positive, accountable production culture


We're Looking For

  • Experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment; if you are a leader with the ability to lead a team we want you.
  • Food, beverage, ingredient, supplement, or nutraceutical manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and leading by example
